MIQAM is not professional in the sealing-in of pin insulator and the housing. Therefore, customers can do this job on their own. If customers are not capable of the insulator sealing-in, our business partners can provide such service.
n Insulators can be attached to the housing via astronautical standard glue to meet the requirement of hermeticity and military standard.
n Insulators can be sintered to the housing with conductive pins or insulated pins to meet the requirement of hermeticity and military standard.
n Insulators are made of low-temperature glass, whose CTE is similar to that of AlSiC, to guarantee its working reliability. This test has been done by our business partner and the hermeticity can meet military standard. By cooperating with our business partners, we can definitely achieve various critical insulator sintering.
