Baseplate products can be processed by cubic boron nitride and diamond cutter. Size precision and surface roughness can meet the general requirement of tolerance ±0.05mm and Ra1.6μm and can also be processed with higher precision.
n The surface can be polished or grinded in order to improve smoothness.
n The surface can be treated with Ni plating of 3-10μm by electroless plating.
n Au, Ag or other platings can also be made on Ni plating.
n The plating quality can be tested through sample survey. Plating without blister, delamination or changing of colors after 15 minutes at 400℃ in air is considered as qualified plating.
